Living her life in a kaleidoscope of color, Alecia Vera creates a playground of textures and patterns upon repurposed materials. The idea of “play” remains her central focus as she fabricates a dreamscape of adventure. With the use of mixed media and other conventional materials, she displays a wide range of objects that teeter between fine art and functionality.
